How long does my order take to ship?

Orders are posted out as soon as possible this often is next day but sometimes it can take a few days. My local post office is small and can be closed due to weather or staff shortages, in this case you will be alerted of the potential delay and packages will be posted as soon as they can. If you place a particularly large order that might require multiple items being embellished then you will be informed if this will affect the speed of delivery, this is not common though.

Do you offer international shipping? 

International shipping can be possible but this will be on a case by case basis so if you are based outside of the UK then please do message me first to double check the options for this. It would be greatly appreciated by me and will mean that you can get the best option for your order.

What is your return policy? 

Returns are possible but only if the item arrives damaged or faulty in some way, in this case then please do contact me and we will sort the best solution. Do try to avoid just sending something back without letting me know as it can make it difficult to resolve the issue.
